last mission was so easy and fun, you didn't haveto worry about civilians or VIPs :D, I just destroyed the whole place using airstrikes, it's a great way to farm.

for Spartan, its incredibly easy, screw quake box and all that shit, get grenade launcher, max it out, and spam the shots, spartans wont even reach your screen if you do it right, the rest of the money, spend on whatever shit ya want!
last badge is easy, far east is ftw, get the far east guy, practice on katana, max out the last skill, you can one hit all the champions of every city (around 10,000 damage average with best katana!)
