there were a few combos that still confuse me... like alcoholic and frigate... or any ship for that matter... wasn't pirate! and how come there was no time "element"... because i'm pretty sure its dinosaur + time to create oil... why else is it called fossil fuel :P :)
Interesting gameplay... interesting that you also get points when shooting the hangmen in the head... but when the bow is placed to close to the frame such as with level 5 it was at least impossible for me to shoot any target.
It's games like these where you see potential, where they were probably fueled and developed by one person's vision. However this game seemed a lot more like a rough draft than a finished product. While I appreciated some of the concepts behind the game... I also felt that I would have appreciated the game a whole lot more had it been fully fleshed out and flowed better/ was more aesthetically pleasing.
as "witty" as this game is... i don't need to be reminded all the reasons why games suck. note to the developers: the game would have been satirical if it actually wasn't 1/5...
Challenging but unrewarding. There is really no motivation towards acquiring the more expensive abilities. And so there is really no motivation in playing the game in its entirety without going numb through the repetitive mindless action that is this game.
First off the bat, some people are kinda slow on the uptake - the company who made the game was Red Herring Labs. So, hope that helps solve the confusion. The game was amazing, although some things were just so cryptic I wasn't sure how you were suppose to figure them out without a walkthrough...
