Great, no more flash and now your stupid ass supernova BS doesn't work at all. Why do you stupid asholes have to fix shit that's not even fking broken?
Tedious Minigames: The Game
Also tip for newbies: You don't have to make three ducks. Train one duck to the max on everything and just fill every slot for the tournaments with that one duck. I didn't know that until the fourth stage :(
I thought people were overreacting about the bug complaints but man, they weren't kidding. It's so bugged, it can't even be completed. 1/5 for lacking the most important aspect of a game: playability. Don't waste your time, guys. Consider this medium badge the most impossible badge on Kongregate.
Yeah, it wouldn't reward me the badge either. Played through it twice and had to report it the third time. Kong rewarded me the badge after a couple of days though, so it's all good. I love the games by the way, all of them. The whole series was an awesome adventure.
My favorite Cube Escape by far! The timer on the last chapter isn't as bad as everyone says. You're not going to get it the first time, but just keep at it. I was able to get it down on my fourth try.
I'm usually not one for point and click adventures, but this one was great. The only problem is that I ran into a few glitches where the only solution was to refresh. Screen would go black when I switched between years and the music would go out randomly. Luckily it saves your progress.
I gotta say, this wasn't at all what I was expecting. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but it just seemed like a huge turn from the previous chapters, leaving quite a few unanswered questions. Either way, I love the creepiness and the puzzle solving. Hopefully the story will all make sense soon enough. I don't know how long this series is planned to go, but don't stop any time soon!
Ran into a weird bug. When I played the music box in front of the nun, the dialogue popped up and I clicked through it. After she walked out of the room, the dialogue popped up again and I clicked through it and now I can't click anywhere. The cursor doesn't even show.
The problem here is that the other games were nice little puzzle-solvers with tear-bringing stories. Not this one. This one is mercilessly difficult and the story is a bit bland (compared to the others anyway). I found myself pulling up the walkthrough more often than what should be necessary (and I HATE using walkthroughs). What makes it worse is that it's difficult for the wrong reason - because finding out how to control these two properly is a puzzle game all on it's own. Sorry, I loved the other games, but you should have just left it as a trilogy.
We're glad you got your badge! :) Thank you for your nice words... we'll keep trying to make even better games! See you soon and keep having fun!
