I have to click sulfur to sell phosphorus, is this a small bug or is my window size too small?

Have to say this is the first game by the creator's of Papa's games that i'm addicted to

After Deleting the Game to start over, All the goals have been checked off. I like the Game, I'm just working with all the different builds from lvl 1. I would like to be able to get the metal bars over again when you Delete the information, otherwise it locks players into having buy these bars.
