Detrinex

I am quite bored.

Character One: Deowyn
An aged character with absolutely no real backstory about his family history or reasons for becoming a fighter (although he fakes it often). After travels far and near, a pair of gleaming swords stuck out from the soft soil of the god-awful swamp he found himself in, and not too far away from it, a similarly gleaming white crystal. Upon extracting the crystal, Deowyn found it was white-hot, and singed his fingers when he tried to pick it up. After a few more seconds of examination, he found the crystal was adorned atop a large, oaken staff almost as tall as he was (a staggering 6’9"), and could be used to utilize the crystal in mysterious ways.

Of course, all of that was false, because Deowyn is a lying jackass who wants people to think that extremely powerful weapons come out of the ground. In reality, he robbed a bank vault and those were in the corner.
