For the "When Kongregate Attacks" Badge, get 1 Apocalypse Cannon with all upgrade points spend on reduced recharge, and 3 Time Guns with recharge maxed and the rest spent on duration. Should be able to keep time stopped almost permanently while the Apoc. Cannon recharges.
Just a tip for those that don't know it. If your having trouble with long-range disrupting units (Cannons, Succubus etc) sitting behind their base where you can't get them and causing havoc, zoom in on the page/game. This allows you to target spells out of the game window and right on top of them. Helps a lot especially with revenge waves further on in the game
