Nowhere did it mention reaping would reset brain power. It looked like it would only consume my buildings. 40 measly research points for 200 Unvigintillion brain power is ridiculous. Months of game time gone. Will not play again.
Hey, Dicatator69, thank you for your comment. Reaping the planet is the new (harder) type of reset introducing a second prestige loop and currency, Science. With the Science reaped you can unlock and upgrade new businesses and special general upgrades. This adds a whole new layer of content to the game and also makes it easier for players to reach and beat their old production/brain power numbers. While reaping is great, and we definitely recommend reaping over 10 Science, we understood from players feedback that we didn't communicate clearly enough that Reaping affects brain power. Thus, players didn't have time to process this info, so it came as an unpleasant surprise. We corrected this immediately and updated the info popup which now looks like this. https://imgur.com/a/kHuwMMS. I hope you will consider coming back and giving the new content a shot.
