Suggestion: It's great that we get to see when the next breakthrough is going to happen. It would be much better though if we would be able to see it continuously as a countdown somewhere, or to have some checkbox in options for that. Great game!
@noah9942 There is a way to arrange the order of the enemies, but i think you get that option after 3. restart (after killing 3. boss). Anyway, it is a very useful thing, as sometimes you want to fight against some opponents earlier than later, and you can even skip fighting bunch of them, especially later on after you get some useful skill points.
@ciaemon - You can craft from unmastered recipes, and after each new item produced, price will drop (from 1300 eventually to 10% of that price, to 130). It will use up some resources, but will drop price by little more than what is consumed.
After the last change on kong (removal of chat rooms etc) i started to get problems with online saves in multiple games - so i started using export instead of saving. It hasn't failed me since
I didn't understand how museum works after change, but then i re-read the post from dev and did some time (yeah) in museum. Even at low levels (item lvl 1 and 2) it takes a loong time to reach some decent adventure levels, therefore production. I guess best is to focus on 3 items simultaneously (3 different materials). Spoiler ahead - You need to finish whole column (for example donate mask lvl 1 - basic, +1, +2... +10, all of it) and then you get 4% reduction in time for all masks. Do the same for green masks and you got 20% more chance to get green masks. It obviously takes time and clicking effort, and i guess it might work for first like 3 levels (maybe even more for more masochistic people) but rewards aren't all that great. I'm no sure though if you get bonus for finishing all 4 columns (white, green, blue and purple), as i only finished 3 for one item at most. I think i won't be visiting that place often.
How do we see the effect from donating to museum (other than change in displayed time on recipe in contrast to actual time). In the previous patch (5.0.9) we could see exact chances for each drop quality - now everything is displayed as 100%. Also how does the speed change, being at say 10% means that speed changes like 4% (since in previous patch when maxed, speed reduction was 40%)
Great game! I have a suggestion - ability to pick adventure floor. For me shuffling teams (failed boss fight, return from quest..) means hours of waiting to reach appropriate floor. One team will often be on much higher floor than the other, therefore need for shuffling in the first place
Hi! I found 2 important bugs, regarding Ending. Once you finish an ending for the first time (Chef), each subsequent time you unlock Ending, you can simply use Restart on that page as requirements are seemingly already met, although in reality they are not. Now iām not sure how Ending restat works, but i went from x514 to x545, which is not times 1.5, but is +31 (might be 20.6 * 1.5 which seems kinda realistic as at that point i probably had +17 or so in Progress). Another bug is also about Ending ā when you actually do meet requirements for say Chef (did all 3 jobs and paid 200 mil), and decide to click on some other ending (Ranger, Knight), then go back to Chef, you simply lose on everything invested in chef, and have to do it again to get Restart button.
I guess i was too hasty to comment, seems autobuy can be used just fine. For example, if one disables all autobuy buttons, then wait some till desired prestige accumulates, and then enables it, it will work after death. It can be used to advance one prestige at a time, which can be pretty efficient. Advance pace is pretty fast, although i don't know what game will unlock next :)
Great game, and thanks for many updates! I'll post a few problems i found, to help dev imrpove game further:
At prestige 4, i have skip +4 levels (actually 5), and also go to -5 level when respawn - I basically respawn at certain level, clear it in few seconds, then go to level i can' beat and stay there for much longer time and gain nothing, then process repeats itself.
I stopped using autobuy, since it works awkward when you have more than 1 prestiege autobuys active. It seems to only go for best prestiege tier it can afford after dying, which isn't optimal i think.
Buying skills manually is pretty slow currently, especially when you need to invest like 1000+ total.
Autobuy doesn't work at times, like when you re-enable it for specific prestiege tier, and even click prestiege for that tier.
Attack speed varies.
Hop you'll see this as a small contribution to help, rather than criticism :)
I got an option to retire, in profile menu. I can get 1 rp (retirement point?), which would most likely give me some permanent bonus, but i don't know how strong that would be. I'll postpone it till later, to gather more of these rp. I'm yet to start mining elegarite, am like 5 stones short of farming elegarite efficiently.
Glad to be of help :) To be honest, i have no clue about the endgame. I'll soon start mining last element, maybe after that you can retire and start again with bonuses? Usually that\s how games like this work. Continual retiring and getting stronger becomes goal on its own in that case.
@ProspectorSam - for anthonium you need to mine it from a stone which has green color on its icon on top left, it's 11th material called Calcium. 21-30. element gives expulsium and so on. Workers are pretty big deal later on, i suggest to take ones with better stats and fire the rest.
Great game! I got a few questions regarding achievements, since i've been reading comments about them and trying to get them unsuccessfully. Earth 1 - i can only have 2 units, no farms and no towers? If so, it might be too tough for me. I did it with 2 units and towers, but didn't get achievement. Complete Flight 4 times with 4 starting capitals alive? I did it at least twice, still states 1/4. Thanks in advance.
I came back to this game seeing updates - and i think they are nice overall. Still, got to a point where i can only get couple of trillions of green shards, which does almost nothing at this point. I got ~6k red shards from before, and ~800 inactive, and can't seem to get much more, since i don't get new stuff from nonillion challenge, and gains are too low. I had to reset (activate red shards) once i got to this version, to make any progress (activate new content), but from there it took a while to get to late game, so the progress curve was fun, but at the end point it kinda just stops. Perhaps i didn't go far enough yet, and need to unlock some new stuff, or get more hard challenges (only 22). Waiting for new version :) How is heavenly light unlocked? Might have something to do with tower?
I thought i lost save, but when i refreshed game, it was there. Valuable Production - while description says it gives x2 production, it actually gives +100%, right?
Great to see game getting nice updates ) From end game perspective, it feels nicer to play, with new buy all button, as well as shortened time for getting skills. As for shards, currently i can earn only a tiny fraction of what i already have, so i can't make progress in this version. For example, with lvl 370 Clicker, and about 7m red shards (earned in some previous version when it was possible), now i can only activate 2400 new shards. Looking forward to new content and thanks for a great game!
Defactoids this might be an interesting read (has also something about dexterity and stamina gain). https://www.kongregate.com/forums/977742-legendary-journey-idle/topics/1295908-tips-and-tricks
You can have at most +4 stamina per second, and also Traveler which gives you x2. One way is to get Fleetfooted, which is a perk and can be taken first at lvl 10 by clicking on Level (see if Third eye or Tranquility work better for you at lvl 10). Next you can have + stamina gain at Dexterity lvl 10 because of its passive, No Wasted Moves. As for Traveler, you would need Special Bonus lvl 4, and also some previous stamina gain buffs to make it work fine. So i guess it comes at later stage.
I'm afraid it's been long enough I don't remember how the achievements work. I'll try to find some time to go look them up.
