Apparently the CBD cost and time reduction upgrades also reduce the effectiveness of the "Speed-Up all on a planet" ticket. By quite a lot. I was confused when 30 minutes to upgrade all buildings on a planet only went down to 15 minutes after using it. Whereas those not within the range of the CBD were completed instantly.
Is that intended?
It must have been the building animations that was lagging the game for me.
Perhaps make the ability to turn animations off, as flash games get pretty ridiculously CUP heavy if they're too busy. Especially on idle games that use large amounts of maths.
Whatever you did to mass upgrade broke it. It no longer calculates cost.
Is there a way to disable the "Collecting" bar? It becomes absolutely pointless and lags the game quite a lot for higher level resource buildings.
What's the "collecting" bar? Is it the green bar that indicates the progress of the next resource? That bar's automatically disabled once the building reaches a production rate of 5 [resource type]/second.
Some of the "Challenge" levels were ridiculous. I completed all except level four, got all the upgrades I could up till that point and still couldn't complete it. I've resorted to looking up strategies... And everything still dies.
Other than that, really great game! I love it.
It's pretty easy, just don't let those ogres to come too close to your guys. Use a pack of archers with maiming skills, upgraded gas traps and freeze spell. Distract ogres by teleporting warriors at their back, slow 'em down with any measures you have, and use incoming kamikazes to blow them up.
My suggestion would be to upload the original version of Bubble Tanks. Your "Improvements" are anything but. Now you'll give people carpal tunnel with the lack of auto fire, and the game is no longer the relaxing fun simpleton game that it used to be, the one I fell in love with.
Also, the lack of a pause button is also fairly painful.
The "Roll 21" quests are bugged. The quest itself says "Roll 17 or greater", but it will only count if you roll a 17. Not to sound bitchy but that's horribly misleading and frustrating... I'm sure there are other quests that have this problem. I'll be sure to make a list of them, for I am... THE NIT-PICKER! Yes, I pick nits.
It would be just lovely if there were a save feature of some sort. I often have to come back later half way through the game and I get very frustrated at having to start over.
There *is* a lot of effort put into some of these quests, I'm sure. Especially when there is a series of quests that are all related to eachother, such as the Fishing quests. How about, when you finish a series of quests, you get some sort of bonus? It would be rather nice and make the time spent devoted to those particular quests a bit more worth it.
This is a very interesting game, I'll admit. Though my only complaint thus far after playing for half an hour is the grammar. Sorry, but I really don't think "Advices" is a word.
I'd like to say (Again) that the reason there are so many bubble points vs gun points is that if you have 100 gun points, what would be the point if all you have to do is spam a strong weapon? Then you can win the game without so much as a challenge. The limited amount of weapon resources FORCES you to, get this: *ACTUALLY USE YOUR BRAIN!* There *IS* strategy involved. They aren't going to hand you victory on a silver platter. And in any case, it would take away the FUN aspect of the game and it would just become another boring game with no balance. I found actually DESIGNING my tanks to be extremely fun. And even LOSING was fun, as it forced me to think of another way to win.
Oh, I would also like to add that it would make MUCH more sense if the auto cannons didn't all target the same thing, or if they didn't hit their target without missing ever.
I would just like to point out all of those (or just one or two) who complain about the sound not turning off, There is a settings menu and allows you to mute the game completely. It can be found by clicking on the gear in either the pause menu or the main menu.
This is a wonderful game, and I have always been a fan of the Bubble Tank games, although I'm not sure why. I think the editing feature is wonderful and despite the problems that many people have stated that bothers them about it, I find it a refreshing addition to the series. I do not, however, like the lack of free roam, although I understand that this isn't an official BT sequal. And the "Health based on class" is slightly annoying as it takes away from bubble tank 2's system in which you level up, or level down, based upon how many bubbles you collect and think it should be re-integrated somehow.
This is a wonderful game though, and I hope it lasts for quite a while.
In the beginning, when it tells you about the pet's Icons, it says "Clicking the appropriate button in their sadfasdf below." I'm trying to figure out what the "Sadfasdf" is. I found out eventually, but it would be nice if you replaced it with something more clear, and less, to put it bluntly, lazy. Overall, this game is fun.
No it's an issue with the CBD, I'll try to fix.
