I idled this game for 2 and a half full days... was getting up to the gods and the later powers..... then it closed and apparently didn't save. I will not even think about attempting again.
A good game, but there are definitely improvements needed in some places. On a hard difficulty setting for example it is almost impossible to successfully defend a town. I killed the final boss and still could not even once defend a single village when attacked.
some pretty brutally harsh comments for a 24-hour game... it's inherently difficult to design and code a game in under 24 hours. You have to nail your concept good and hard (and there ISN'T time for bug testing). That being said there were problems with the design that make it a poor representation of what you want it to do. I would use this as a base and turn it into a real game based on comments (add the normal upgrade system, add models, add health bars to enemies, and tie the red laser to clicking etc). Then call it a new game and release it
I'll improve my rating when the game breaking bug in the tutorial is fixed.... "drive to the enemy car" had the car underground (drove over the marker several times) and then it just stopped me and make me shoot with the camera stuck facing straight down at.... pretty well nothing. I had to SHOOT my car off the wall to even see the glitched out blue arrow... which I still couldn't shoot. I imagine if I reload the tutorial none of this would be a concern but that is my first impression
A good concept but far too short. It ends as soon as the puzzles get interesting. When I was done I just got disappointed right as I was getting into it.
One of the most creative games I've ever played, but unfortunately it comes at the cost of gameplay. The visuals can easily obscure your goal. Not recommending you change anything though.
I'm sorry you had issues with the tutorial - I'll see if I can fix it for the next release.
