I forgot the most important number. Number of PvE wins: 436. That's 429 times I either didn't get the chance to catch something, or failed, and I attempted to catch every single pet for the first 3 hours.
Here's some numbers:
Level: 20
Time Played: 9 hours
Familiars: 6
To be fair, I've made 7 captures total (not counting the two familiars you get for free), but since having multiples doesn't matter I've actually only caught 4 new pets. Maybe I'm unlucky, but these numbers mean that I've spent at least 8 of my 9 hours playing this game and being disappointed.
It looks like you went ahead and launched the game with all the flaws identified in the beta intact. Even the "fusion system" is still "coming soon." Too bad.
The Energy system, coupled with the random chance to have a random chance to catch a thing, will be the death of this game. The gameplay is fun. The systems are infuriating.
Dear every dev that makes an MMO flash game. If your game is so confusing you need to hand-hold your players through the first 15-30 minutes of it, then your game is too confusing. Too many UI elements? TURN THEM OFF, don't just prevent us from using them, ESPECIALLY if you've already introduced them. I keep getting gear, but I can't equip it. I might as well "Auto" my way through every fight. It's not like I'm playing this game to... well... play it, right?
Dear NotDoppler,
I hate your splash page. I hate being forced to wub some bass just to play a game. Classy game developers let you mute before the splash pages. I often don't play the games you pay for because I don't want to wub all over the place just to play your games. Seriously, your splash page has made your company repellent to me.
Wow, do I love these Difference games. The atmosphere created by the imagery and the music are amazing. This is easily one of my favorite games on here.
This game is groundbreaking! I can't believe how realistic the grinning colossus at the end looked! I was seriously in fear for my life for a second there. Thank you for making this game!
