To go to ludicrous speed, double click "Fast", but on the second click, hold down the button and move the mouse off the game quickly. Then just avoid putting your mouse over the "Fast" button again unless you're Col Sanders or something.
If there was a version of the Gauntlet where you use all your immortals, but the amount of enemies you fight if increased accordingly, then that would be awesome (If do-able).
I don't know if me turning the sound off in the game makes it so the old man at the beginning can't actually speak, or if it's just not in the game yet... Notice I said "yet", because having those moving mouths with the text and an automatically progressing speech along with a voice behind it would make it like 50x more interesting than reading it all. So far 5/5.
Unfortunately voiced dialog for all of the text (there is a lot) would make the game far, far too large to be able to download and play over the browser.
