That's not content. It's all the same shit with bigger numbers until you reach ascension. There's nothing to do except log on whenever your offline time caps and buy the latest layer.
Prestige layers add nothing of interest past the first. Totally wasted opportunity to add new gameplay mechanics per layer. And the current focus on constant prestiging makes defensive stats worthless.
Prestige currency doesn't seem to scale very well once you hit 27 prestige, it takes forever for the next multiplier. Which is additive, so it's even worse.
Maybe Switch Nimble and Critical Power to Tier 2 and bring in First Strike and Critical Power to Tier 1 if the point of Tier 2 is to complement Tier 1.
Okay so I've reached the last tier. I honestly think your first and second tier perks should be switched to smooth out progression. The first tier perks all slow the game down save for crit and combo while the second tier really helps with 1 point in First Strike and the rest spread between Necrosis and Adrenaline.
I guess what I really hate is how non-idle this game is. Since the enemies scale up exactly as hard as you, I have to constantly be watching and upgrading or I get stuck. You wanna know why the early game is so tedious? Because they're just as strong as I am so there's literally no sense of progress. Not only do they get the damage reduction before I do, they also have the Fortune upgrades as well. It's like hitting a brick wall because nothing I do ever makes the gameplay feel different.
Why do some enemies randomly have a really high health multiplier? I'm fighting enemies 300M to 1.5B HP then suddenly a 9B enemy shows up with higher attack then me. Then it goes back to the normal range.
