Why do the cooks lose Salary-Cap-Levels? Ist there a mechanic i didn't understand? Example: Sarah Devil (C) at 161.546 and Vickie Brock (C) at 159.567. I want an equal Salary Cap, so i Set ist to 161.546 an let Vickie Train. After i came back to game, Sarah lost over 1k Levels. Vickie now, is at the setted value, but Sarah's Cap now is 160.723!? This happens in all Restaurants. Errg, really sorry for my english.
