What is the auto-fire mod do?

Got a score of 86972 on wave 135 by using a bunch of pulse emitters. Overall ok game. I also liked the use of walls.

I don't like the new menu that much but I try it out a little more.

Getting two AAA cannons and a tank always get me to wave 100. Snipers are beast too. One time I got one with 87 rifle!
