love the other games by this developer, but the 10x increase per tile I think is what kills this one. I'm thinking would take a couple days to get to the 100k gold, but i've barely played to get invested enough to play a few days to get to that point
Great game! keep coming back to this one.
A level editor would be awesome. Some sort of tower to increase the surrounding hexes +1 value. And the water stuff everyone else is suggesting
The animations are pretty top notch for the fights, and I can tell you put a lot of effort into this. The intro/tutorial is also not overwhelming, which is a bonus since so many flash games are messing that up these days. There's just a lot of little issues that prevent this from being a 5/5. Like the pacing of the game getting too slow too quick, the defense mode being pointless, etc
Thanks for the feedback. I agree with everything you say except for defend mode: It is actually very powerful if used correctly, especially in the early stages of the game. I added a tip to the tutorial recently to help explain -- you use it to wear down your opponents stamina. When the opponent's stamina drops below 50% they will begin to fail their attacks. This is when you switch to attack mode to take advantage of their new weakness.
Couple errors: idle mult 20 says 229% instead of 230%; fill rate starts overflowing at rank 194. only on the display does it overflow, still works fine
Good game. But really short, and it didn't save automatically for me. Refreshed twice, still didn't load. Then I waited until I had 1000 gold and manually saved, reloaded. Still not saving. on Google Chrome. No way to save makes me scared to replay.
Oh scratch that, don't buy the 6.66QU upgrade that is supposed to be 66.6QU. It just takes the money and doesn't upgrade anything - anything that I see at least.
the description was wrong, I used the same one twice. What it did/does is cut the time in half. Should be fixed now. Also added saving after buying each upgrade.
"Punishment: Freezing to death" but...you're in...nevermind.
The "more power" second upgrade should say 66.6QU, not 6.66QU. Was confused for a second lol
Good idle game tho
Fun simple game.
But why is there so much lag with buying army?? Are you making objects of a class with each unit? Because with 4 variables per unit(+w/e else) that would make sense why there is such a delay with buying 25 army.
10 hours in, 3rd island, great game man. 5/5 from me. Some nitpicking though: when you hover over the lower middle right button, "resources" is misspelled. Being able to downgrade buildings would be awesome, getting back resources from deleting/downgrading would be even more awesome. If it's not in(I haven't reached the end), a prestige/soft reset system would work well here.
you should now be able to get all your ressources back from destroying buildings, if there are other small or wording errors just pm me I try to fix it with a next update.
Also there is no reset system yet, because then there needs to be more content too and the game is not too long.
168.9 million steel for one cable really prevents my Endless Expansion... Also agreed with Vacuz's comment on a prestige system. I want to reset and try to make it better. Some sort of prestige system would be a good motive too.
Instacompany seems fine to me, 9-10 hours to be able to reset the company isn't too OP. Right now I'm at e38 employees and the instacompany is making it bearable to keep going, instead of having to wait a full 24 hours to get to e39-e41 and reset.
Haha was expecting higher science tiers to have new/different abilities, more employee upgrades would be nice. Maybe something to increase the 2 science/hour or decrease how fast you get science points to make those later science skills viable
Yes and no Dominqer. By the way, thank you for the ongoing support that means a lot. I have a "new" baby and I'm afraid he has pretty much destroyed my game development time. So interest, yes. Time, no. It doesn't mean it won't happen though. I'm working on little projects now but the possibility always exists to take a crack at GOW3.
beat it, 4/5.
level 25 cap is bad. If I want to spend an hour to be terribly overpowered I should be able too. At the very least on playthrough two.
glitches when going in buildings where I had to exit to main menu. and that first quest glitched causing me to have to restart.
