This game suffers from the same problem as swarm simulator: if the creator isn't careful with the math, the exponents get too big too fast. I've gotten all skills in 3 hours of active playtime on my 3rd or 4th prestige.
A quick walkthrough through a prestige loop is:
1.Do soft resets as quickly as possible up to level 10 (more for later prestiges). Do this for all prestiges.
2. Spam the leafs:max buy, the max level leafs: max producer, and the tick and time: max tick speed buttons. If it takes more than 30 seconds to get another level of node, go to the next step.
3. Sacrifice all your nodes, starting from your highest level and going sequentially down to your lowest node. Press the leafs: max buy button.
4. If you haven't maxed out on nodes, go back to step 2
5. If you have maxed out on nodes, prestige.
That's the core loop for efficient grinding.

Never press any of the max sacrifice buttons.

This game rips off the art of Majesty, and then takes a dump on the mechanics by removing the focus from leveling/gearing individual units and giving them an attack-move forward AI.
