Absolutely lovely game, simple, satisfying, never really felt like I had to work that much to get stuff done. The only thing I can say about it is that personally I wished it was a bit longer, but, that's as close to a nitpick as I'll come. Really hope you guys make more of this and best of luck further :).
I got to give this a 1/5, granted I might not be the best Idle game player, but, from someone who just casually plays these games while he watches stuff it's not all that great. The numbers don't make any sense, My auto clicks do 19, then it switches between 18-19, then suddenly from 19-20. The auto click speed does nothing for my auto clicks and it seems like it focuses way more on clicks than auto clicks, which in my opinion is the exact opposite of what an idle game is supposed to be.
Why can't you upgrade your heroes attacks with gold ? Honestly, gold becomes worthless once you get your battle upgrades past lvl 30, and that does not take a long time. The only thing that really affects your progress is how much dammage your heroes dish out, and when you can only upgrade them with food your other main ressource becomes pointless. Yes you can upgrade your click dammage, but, that takes away the whole idle aspect, which is one of the main reasons the game is played.
Gotta say, I really like the game, and the random element is nice to the choosing factor even if I suck at getting what I want :p. But, what would have made this so much better would be if you could sell your items for either xp or something, because for someone like me that sucks at the random hitting, I end up with a lot of useless crap, and that ain't all that funn of a reward for beating a boss.
You should really work on the whole attack power number system, because if my team has an attack power of 8042, and my highest lvl hero is 43 and my lowest is 40. Then I should not lose to a team that has an attack power of 7086 and is lvl 38. That just doesn't make any sense. If the attack power numbers don't relate to who is stronger than there's no point in having them, all it does is confuse people and irritate them.
I've never really understood this, why, at just the 200 marker, does all the prices go in reverse, where the newspaper stand is the most expensive and the damn oil rig is the cheapest. It makes no sense.
Now I have been waiting for this game ever since I played the first one. And damn glad I am that it's finaly here. And it is very good. Very good indeed. The music and the design is all quite fantastik. And I noticed the lag but, not so much that it mattered. But, what did annoy me was that it didn't feel as long as the first one. A game like this should have the kind of length that makes you sit for hours at end. Then it would truly be a fantastic game. So I'm really looking foward to the next one. Hope it's a bit longer. Otherwise I fully agree with killajed2. 5/5 indeed.
It works just fine. Hold R and click on the turret to sell it.
