Combat balance is incredibly poor, you basically are hoping the team against you does not use some certain skills, and win when chance favours you. (Of course there are some certain set-ups that can actually do it, but then why have the choice?)

Good game with a lot of useful information - good way to make people require information to win in games that actually teaches something. Major flaw imo is Level 6, ridiculously hard for such a beginner level with little to no room for error in manufacturing the right things.
