I see many low levels with very overpowered guns. (P90 devgru, noveske, val mod.3, ak12, etc) They got these weapons from roulette. The weapon section of the roulette should give weapons from the sets that they have unlocked only. The roulette was supposed to help in small bits, but giving overpowered weapons to low level players makes the leveling system seem useless.
