This game is basically an enormous step backwards from the first. Imperium 1 was a game I could play for hours and hours on end. But this? It's as if it were a whole different game. My advice is to take everything from the first game and just add more stuff. Add more areas, more resources, more units, more empires. Heck, maybe even add in a form of communication between you and the other empires, rather than simply having the empires mindlessly attack each other because reasons. It would be nice seeing something like alliances or trading between empires. But honestly, one of the most important things? Make sure you actually know whether you are gaining resources per day, or losing them. Because in the first Imperium, there was a nice little red or green arrow that told you. In this? You basically have to guess. And that sucks. You can do better than this, I have faith in you. Just get the first and add to it, that's all you need to do
