You can, once you have all the stats, upgrade or downgrade however you like. You get the points back for it. So you can have a real high jumping and Double jumping stat with a very low running stat just to try it out. --- Also: Stats and points remain when the map changes. --- You can now also increase or downcrease the number of other people you want to see.
