I realize that this game is probably no longer going to be updated, but if it was, my suggestion would be an Inventory screen so you could tell what items you had picked up
It's not even playable on my end, and I don't have anything else running. Tank just jumps from one end of the screen to the other, even with "smooth" graphics turned on.
