It might just be me, but a good number of these puzzles are literally lifted from Tetris Attack, except with an extra dimension of possible moves making them easier.
Apparently if you pause while in the "AHOY" speed boost, it will continue to time out and instantly end after you unpause, even if you only just got it.
A few odd issues: your own bullets are nearly invisible, they could use some better coloration.
For some reason my mouse did not correctly line up with the tooltips in the shop (the buttons worked fine though) although the location changed each time I opened the shop.
Losing focus while in the shop hangs the game (!)
I've found the tooltip issue and will upload a fix for that soon. I'm not able to reproduce the losing focus hanging the game, so if anyone has info on that, it'd held! As for bullets, I found that having them harder to see made it much less confusing and frustrating when trying not to die, but I can see your point.
We should have realized sooner that bottles are much more deadly than pistols or shotguns.
we should also train people more so they, too can take hundreds of bullets to the head!
This is an alright game so far, although it can certainly be improved a bit. First off, make the color scheme less aggressive, bright red and green on bright blue are really painful to look at. sounds wouldn't hurt either and maybe a general graphical upgrade, but the gameplay mechanics are solid. 3/5
