Why does the stress meter even go up to 100 if filling it up to 70 screws us? Is it just to make us waste time resting? Messed up, dude.
Also, if my guy could actually hit piddly monsters with worse stats all around, that'd be really, REALLY helpful.
Personally, what weirds me out is the fact that they friggin ~wave~ at you before they commit suicide. So creepy.... and yet, i'm still playing. Dang you, addictive game!
Just a thought - In a game where one big mechanic is having to throw stuff away in the desert if you cant carry it, shouldnt there be a mechanic where you can randomly find stuff others have thrown away? That'd be cool.
Also, there should be a mechanic for riding horses, otherwise the limiting factor is your people's top speed, thereby rendering horses effectively useless.
One thing i think might help would be better rounding when you change the numbers. The game will tell you that you have X billion dollars long before you actually have X billion. Not an instant ragequit, but a little frustrating.
Great graphics, good music, decent gameplay. My one problem is the skill buttons and the health bar being on different sides of the screen. I can watch one, but not the other. If i pay attention to the recharge bars so as not to wildly buttonmash, I loose track of the health bar and am totally surprised when I die. So my suggestion is to either slow down the combat, or move the health bar and skills bars together.
