Alright, let's get this out of the way. There is no way that this isn't a Fallout clone. I have a copy of Fallout Tactics and the first 2 Fallout games (Thank you Good Old Games), and the graphics, design, feel, and overall gameplay are too similar to the Fallout series not to be. DZ outta own up to that fact.
That being said, I commend the hard work it had to have taken to create the game. Not like source code of Fallout would translate into Flash just like that. And while the graphics are similar, they are not the same, so props on creating everything by hand.
All in all, 3/5
Luke & TheDmeister.
I think your comments are being voted down, because you apparently didn't bother to check who actually posted it on Albinoblacksheep, OneMorelevel, etc. Since GameDesignJP is the original poster and creator, I fail to see why there is a problem.
While yes, there are 27 levels, and 4 islands you get to play, the fact that the game is designed to cut off mid story either means two things. The designer is either a liar, or really crappy at planning things out. If this isn't a demo, then an ending screen other than 'download for more' should be what we get. A for effort, 1 star for being an idiot.
Once the game is fixed, uploaded, and I don't have to worry about starting over again from scratch, I will play and rate it. Until then, I'm not interested.
I liked it quite a bit. Good concept, fairly well executed, like I'd expect from ConArtist. Morale seems a bit wonky, yes, but if you keep an eye on it, you can counter it with officers/tanks. The only thing I wish was that after I got about 19 upgrade points, I couldn't get anymore. Was hoping to keep beating lvl 9 over and over again and unlock all the upgrades.
