We wanted to make a speedrun medal, but people in the forums were really against it. The rest would've been "grinding" medals which people in general also do not like.
Here are a few thoughts:
- I would decrease the energy regen to 3 minutes. It's tough to stay engaged during the early stages as Mazazoth mentioned. You should push players to get to level 8 to unlock everything, rather than being stuck with nothing to do.
- The game is really interesting and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it to other Kong users.
- Descriptions of daily quests could be much better. Some of them see fairly vague and the clarity would be appreciated.
- It would be cool to let you choose a nationality.
Hi, thanks for the suggestion! Your turn is currently limited to 3 minutes. We tried no timer but there was a problem with the game disconnecting the player after many minutes of hanging in the duel so we scrapped that. A typical game don't last longer than 5 minutes and there's no penalty for losing against AI so we went with the more performance friendly option.
Changes should be made to these missions:
Survive: enemy gets 3 AP and much more health than you
Defeat in turns: You get 3 AP, enemy has 2 AP but more health than you
Defeat: Equal AP and health
Hey DrewQwe! We like that sometimes you have to defeat the enemy with 2AP or 3AP, you need to use different strategies if the IA has less or more movements. About having 3 movements as a player is something that we'll add as a new type of level!
If a monster's attack is 0, they should not get a +4 bonus attack if they have a strength against the enemy. The defense buff should remain, but attack should be 0
Hey DrewQwe! The Element Bonus is considered a "special type damage" so if you have 0 Attack you still hit for 4 damage against a weak element monsters.
I would love to have an even fight for once during the missions. The whole survive, beat in certain rounds gets old really fast. And when the objective is to beat someone, they get an extra action point and have all legendary and epic cards. Definitely gets frustrating the further you get.
How does Mystic have no weakness? Level 34 is practically impossible. 6 turns to do 120 health when they have epic and rare mystics with no weaknesses and extremely powerful abilities? Please fix this or I will stop playing.
Mystic weakness will be coming in a future update, as we introduce the "Mechanical" element! Although Mystics doesn't have any weakness at the moment they are the element with the weakest stats! so my advice would be to play your most high stat cards against them!
Earth is overpowered. The abilities to only be attacked by abilities and affinities and the ability to lower someone's attack to 0 need to be adjusted. If not, they are practically unbeatable unless you pay a lot for a good deck.
In campaign mode, if the enemy has more than 3 characters, they should be limited to draw 1 instead of 2. Also kinda suspicious that bosses get their 4 most powerful attack cards all at the same time and 1 run card. There should be one max of the same ailments (burning) at a time. It makes no logical sense how you can be burning in different ways. But you should be able to get burned and poisoned, because that makes sense.
I think the percentage chance needs to be removed completely. If there is a 5% chance to steal a resource, make the ability activate every 20 resources gained. If there's a 75% chance to retaliate, make it work 3 out of 4 times attacked. I have been screwed over because the opponent "luckily" gets their abilities to activate when statistically they shouldn't.
