Okay, now that I'm drunk and rock the heart transplant level....Hearts ARE square and have an antennae sticking out of them right?? Anyway...I like the game for the most part. The few tweaks that I want to bring to light are: The grab function of the hand has a lot to be desired. I try to grab the bone saw and I grab the clip board. I try to grab the rib fragments and I grab the lungs or heart. Speaking of ribs...I know that the story is that I am 'average joe' but, I think that you have too many chest parts. This makes it really difficult to get into the heart valves. That is to say, the collision routine prevents me from moving lower than the highest rib part, but also prevents me from actually grabbing or moving the rib part so that I can mutila..er disconnect the heart valve.
All in all, If I were the patient, I would have absolute confidence in anyone trained by this simulator. Very well designed game!
I like the car game, but please refrain from using false advertising. When the title says "Tank Wars", I expect Tank Wars. Re-directs scare me... o_O
As for 3D Driver: Although its a little arcade-ish, I like the driving physics. The overall gameplay is solid. Perhaps a little more work on the handling? (Option to buy better tires to take corners at higher speeds and such)

The overall ballistics routine seems sturdy, however:
1) There is a glitch the causes the bullet to hit the line and de-allocate.
2) The alignment between the bullet and the gun barrel is off. (Either off-set the barrel, or make the trajectory of the bullet relative to the barrel, maybe the end of the barrel instead of an arbitrary position on the screen.) I don't know the formula, but there is one for determining the position of a point on an arc that can be relative to any given point on the barrel that you could then associate with the firing origin for the bullet.
3) [Aesthetic] When the barrel passes 90 deg. you could have the barrel effectively 'flip' positions so that it will always have the proper appearance, or make the barrel center to the base and pivot on a set axis.

So, first the bad stuff...
The game will always say that the car has won. The music will overlap itself so as to have several of the same song running at once. This happens when I click, "Play Again". Maybe this could be resolved with a music kill code at the end of the game, or a check to see if the music is already running at the beginning of the game.
Now for the good.
It's a solid game. I like the concept! Please, keep up the good work!
Maybe you could add the ability to duck under things? Just a thought.

This game is unacceptable. Not because it sucks, but because it involves violence against another specific person. If you have a problem with Michael, then deal with it. Making a Columbine-esk game is NEVER acceptable. This game is flagged, and I am going to report you further to the admins. You need to re-think your conduct before you do something stupid, like get yourself a life prison sentence.

Make a real game. Something that has a plot or at least a goal that isn't two picture frames long.

Read a book, make something that takes more than five minutes to play, and then upload it here.

I have a dead pixel on my screen and I moved the game board so that the center was under the pixel.

Interesting idea. I hope to see this progress further. Maybe you could use different objects for targets instead of one square, or maybe change the dimensions of the red square.

To those of you who ask, "What's the point?", simple: this is just for kicks. (And to see if you can figure out the center of an object even if the illusions make that center seem somewhere else)
This game has a great potential, however, like all other comments, you need to add something that will make the balls move on a more random path.
My thought is to add a small physics object at a random place that will draw or repel the balls as they pass. This will make sure that there will be no 'safe' zone for the turret to sit in. (My turret is sitting at the top left corner and firing at the bottom right "Border" corner as I'm typing this.)
Obviously, the lag is a major issure also. I'm at over 3K balls now and counting, one per second...
