Alright here's some advice:
-When you finish talking to Tarroh Lady pick up the lamp
-go back into the square and go down the alley
-go into the door, open the fireplace by making all four candles go sideways
-go in get the Jin bottle
-go back to tarroh lady then go right
-go to the sewer then use the bottle under the second pipe
-go back to where you got the jin bottle and use the bottle on the purifier at the lend side of the room
-go back to Tarroh Lady and use the lamp on the fireplace
-Lastly, don't attempt to beat the fog until you have the poem. It'll be in the square when you make the tree grow
Hope that helps. Loved the game, although the deeper meanings went over my head... why did Daphne turn into a tree and what does she represent?
The game was pretty interesting and I found the difficulty to be just right. I just wish there was some side quests or something so we can grind for more weapons and skills. That and there was also a problem with my units and spaces being obscured by other units. I feel like some transparency options would really help with that. Otherwise it was pretty fun
This was simply awesome, I'd love a sequel with some new philosophers! I really wish there were more games like this that need you to think. That said the interface is a little awkward at some times, but I worked it all out in the end.
I think it would be that the squids attack you by making smoke at you so you can't see how they are approaching. It's a little more realistic than them shooting bullets at you :P
Level 7 feels like it should be racist but isn't
Level 11 will frustrate you until you learn that the footman class units are near useless
level 12 will make you panic
level 13 will make you cry
I really like the new mechanics but when I got Targa maxed out in the Anima school of magic I didn't really need very many items except the permanent ones and as I mentioned footman were almost useless. That and I think it wouldn't been a cool twist if Targa DIED instead of got a boo boo. I think it would at alot of meaning to the story. Regardless this was still great and I can't wait for the sequel
SPOILERS: If you smack your piano on the vent thing on the right you can break it. Launching your Piano into them will cause them to run away. Keep moving right until you exit the theater. If you continue right you will fly into space. If you go back into the theater the Janitor will fall in love with you
I think you get tossed around to much. I swear a butterfly touches you and your ass gets sent twirling into instant death spikes.
Hell instant deaths were where my only deaths came from. Controls where a little stick, especially with walls. Other then that it was an afternoon well spent not doing the physics assignemnt due in three days :P
