Beginners looking to advance quickly, dump all your Patrol Tokens into Resource reward. allows for very quick transitions through the levels, particularly once you hit midgame.
I love the game, but It has become a little too easy. I would like to see some variances between the ships, they all look different and are named differently, but they all have the same capabilities, perhaps each ship can specialize in a weapon type? Or they might have abilities independent of the others (upgradeable outside of the player activated ones). something to add more strategy to the game, something that might benefit you to not use the autobuy feature. Perhaps each weapon is equal and you need to upgrade them in the research panel, not just on the ships. Maybe add armor/shielding to the enemies and we have to choose weapons that work better against them. I think the game is going places, but as it is now, I feel it is a little too easy, there is no real thought involved.
