Interesting mechanics that adds some thought into upgrading tank vs upgrading current fish... Thought for future content/QoL improvements. 1) show current fish, life, and lvls in the tank upgrade screen as an overview of everything 2) decorations that add some permenent passive boost 3) fish food for added element of occasional active interactment or some boost from it 4) cemetery for our favorite fish 5) stats screen 6) do something with the shadow fish, it takes away from the pleasure of watching the pretty fish swim around my screen 7) Can I only put in 3 of the 4 extra fish? I am showing 4/11 (7 total fish currently in my tank) in my tank space but it will let me buy more of the others but not a 4th of the one time buy fish.
Game needs balancing with autoclick and clickpower scaling/ numbers bounce between O and S and not displaying value / offer sci. not./ has some interesting features and could be decent with some more depth and balancing. If you want to really make good idle games that people play for extended, I would advise looking into the math behind scaling of upgrades and how it effects the pace of play
A decent start to a game with potential. Now you just need to add depth and strategy. Ways to customize fleet, each ship individually (weps and armor on each ship), what ships are in your fleet(how many frigates/fighters you take with you, maybe some want to go with all fighter fleet), AI control (I wouldn't go all the way to full RTS controls if you want to keep it with the idle feel but some larger scale controls would be nice in-fight, and big picture preferences out of combat such as you want certain ships to prioritize certain ships of the enemies)
So I am now 2 resets in (x10 and x22 boost so far from coal), pacing feels decent so far within a reset and from reset to reset;however, the game becomes too idle at the deeper sins. An excellent start to draw people in, now you just need that extra something to keep them playing. There should be something to do while the player is on, one person suggested bellows to click on but i feel clicking to be tedious. I would personally love to see little mini-games added to give a distraction to play while waiting for your punishments timers to end. Maybe after buying all of one row unlocks another mini-game to play, some example would be: whack-a-sinner, wheel of sin (spin the wheel for random reward or loss),demon chia pet or venus fly trap (tend your demon or plant and watch it grow).. the rewards can be cash, instantly move forward X years in all/some punishments, or maybe even nothing... it does not have to be big rewards just something entertaining to do while idling
Just a little info on coal for those who don't know: amount you receive when you reset is based on amount of cash you currently have on you (not cumulative amount you earned during the reset)
Just to add onto what others have said, coal bonus does not work. The displayed value in upgrade screen as well pop-up number when timer runs out are correct but not value that is added to current cash
Thank you sooooooo much! I've been trying to figure out why it worked for me but people complained, but I only looked at the pop-up number and info window....should be fixed now.
Glitch: numbers around 10mill get displayed improperly. such as idlepower 47 or autoclicker 50... It puts 4 numbers between commas instead of the standard 3 (sometimes it does both 3 and 4 digits between commas in the same number)
Commander, your eagle eyes spot everything I lost. I was looking for this number since ages but you found it. Thank you my Commander. I already took it and brought it back to where it belongs. Sincerely Corporal Tutnix.
Needs some quality of life upgrades. 1) be able to see gold without hovering over mine 2) tell what rooms actually do beyond the first couple 3) stats on troops instead of just blindly sending them into battle 4) go from overworld to dung without having to fight 5) what is click power based on?
After a furious battle and countless deaths, finally was victorious over the 1.5b blood cell only to see the 2b blood cell hiding behind it... Did this on my overnight run with x4 and x3 multipliers
I have reset a couple times now so thought I would write my thoughts on the game: It is really interesting gameplay and progression with how regen and power act to beat new blood cells. I like that parasites remain locked until you buy previous; it adds strategy to where you place them. The pacing of the game feels good so far. first run is slow but that is natural but with calcium pace is fine on future runs. I am undecided on what I think about the calcium upgrades not staying or being refunded after reset... its makes you really think about it but it slows down the game a lot and one wrong move could send you a long way backwards after you built some up SUGGESTIONS: 1) make regen seeable from fight page 2.) be able to see boost x2,x3,etc.. without clicking a cell 3.) see lvl or change how cells look at certain milestones 4.) see stats of future blood cells 5.) after one troop type runs out an option to automatically switch to another
Glitch: I was allowed to buy the third nest even though I could not afford it which made me have negative amount of master eggs (value displayed was still positive) The value approached zero then started increasing as normal
Game is too early in development for me to give any kind of rating or critism. stone/wood buttons worked appropiately for gathering resources. Lvl up button seemed laggy when you crossed the threshold of being able to afford it and immediately clicked.
A minutes into the game, you quickly reach the point where you are gathering resources faster than you can spend them. I would have liked to have atleast enough content to keep me busy for more than a minute or two before releasing it the the public like this. You probably lost a good chunk of possible players.
I am probably over 1m stone/wood now in the time it took me to type this
I will probably check in on it a few days to see if you add any content to play more than a few minutes
Thank you for your feedback :D. Your advice is very useful for game improvement.
