bugs, just like the tefari 100% poison dart (which now seems to be more like 80) and the now hit even retreating opponent but diddnt before bench attacks.
more animation would lead to longer loading time, more programming, and more bugs, its hard to think that they would go through all of that just to look pretty.
and match chat tends to work on I.E. if a lot of lines are typed, so if youre that worried about it just spam something and it should eventually appear.
* Note to anyone complaining about match chat: It is not Kongregates fault you are using the obviously inferior Internet explorer, it works fine with both Firefox and Google Chrome, so join the year 2009 and download one of them, that is all, I.E. does not support match chat as well as the alternatives, so either download something else or dont use match chat*
