So, critiquing the genre of the music is about taste, which isn't the same as good design. This style of music is important for gameplay reasons, with lots of easily identified beats. That IS good programming. If you can't tolerate different kinds of music, don't play rhythm games.
Like lisamariefan, I also got failed on a level that I later passed with the exact same moves. The first time, when it failed me, the message came up while the last color change was still spreading. The next time, when it waited, I passed.
I want to give this 5 stars, but I can't. The most graphics-intense times, when you're near death in a crowd, are the most crucial to survival. Yet these are the only times it consistently lags, across multiple settings. So many frustrating, frustrating deaths. 3 stars.
Interesting idea to switch up the game mechanics. Unfortunately in practice it's really just a lot of repetitive clicking with little to no challenge. Novelty alone earns it 3/5
Fun game but I dislike how variable my rewards are. Can get $2000 one round and then $800 the next. The farther I get into a game, the longer I should be able to go without dying, and the rewards should increase accordingly.
Mine missions in orc levels are impossible. Activate mine, lag lag lag, you're dead. Really like this game, but twice I have been forced to stop because it's unplayable.
I get that the ram skill has a cool down like many of the others, but it shouldn't prevent you from running when you have full breath. Running is used as escaping SOOO often and you've taken it away from us.
The fact that my guy won't use his self-defense when his back is against the wall is the most frustrating thing in any game I have ever played. Pleeeeeease change for decision 3.
Is rage quitting this game like you're committing suicide? If so I will never get the hard badge because I always get fed up with the apocalypse and kill myself.
The only feature I miss from Decision 2 is the ability to see what upgrades you've chosen for your towers from the map. If you don't remember you've got to attack from the tower to see.
Could this game have a memory leak? Started a new career and now it lags like crazy even when everything else is fine, gets worse every time I come back. Happened to anyone else?
This game is fun and challenging, and the only real critique I have is how similar the voices of the soldiers/etc. are. I ended up just memorizing the lines they use, which I don't think vibes with the spirit of the challenge.
So you can't actually create loops in this game, because the structure of your conditionals doesn't always allow for an if/else construction, where one condition yields a unique response and ALL others yield another. The only way to loop in this game is to recurse and have a condition(s) to break out of it.
Fun game but I am a slave to my boots. I spend all my money on new boots and go into most matches at half energy because I can't afford to boost it. This is rather discouraging.
Yeah, I'm never gonna play this game again. It was pretty fun until I grew to hate it. I'm sick of force quitting my browser and having the music keep playing.
So, the graphics get more intensive when I'm about to die? Right when I need smooth gameplay the most, and it's the only time it always lags. Infuriating.
