The hard badge isn't skill based at all, need to keep refreshing to get the right wind, and using the stop powerup without aiming. Too much luck involved. Took me a whole day to get it, which is usually what I consider an Impossible badge.
If you concentrate on this game for long enough and then look at some text (like the comments), it looks like a band of your vision is moving to the right.
