To beat kraken (3rd boss) on hard you need more than 89 non poison/curse/flame damage per turn? Is it the only option or is there some combo I missed ?
I have something like social anxiety (psychoterapist dosen't like stupid mental illness division in my country so i am not really sure?). Playing this game my only thought was "How?". Just lack of understanding, nothing else.
I feel like there should be more visible sign when you're unstable. Can't count how many times I died 'cause didn't notice mecha mouse spilled oil beneath me
Played all characters. Necromancer and enchanter were easiest so far and winning in 40 minute range was more than doable in few tries. Winning with ranger took longer but it was easy as well (if we dont care about time). Winning with elemental mages was doable. But i have absolutely no idea how to win with melee classes if you dont get vampire items. It is freaking impossible.
Congrats on the wins :). Melee classes rely very heavily on exploiting terrain. Getting enemies unstable, funneling groups into corridors, ducking around corners and forcing ranged enemies to come to you etc. From my own experience and speaking with players much better than myself, melees are just as viable even without good drops as long as your taking these advantages.
Maybe I can't understand melee classes but isn't inbalance pretty ridiculous? As long as you have basic understanding of game Necromancer,Enchanter and Ranger are easy mode. Three elemental mages are more or less normal mode. But rogue, barbarian and warrior are like nightmare mode, where even when you know everything about this game, you still need even more luck than skill.
