@cheesewheel By the time you play Parting Gift the enemy already played a global enhancement and they only have one, or at least that is what I experienced from beating the game with the auto-win strategy ;)

Auto-win strategy! Choose the Holy Paladin deck Make a Deck of these cards: 5x Gold Mine 6x Peasants 1x Crystal Mine 1x Parting Gift 1. Play all Gold Mines and draw all cards 2. Play Crystal Mine and send 2 Peasants 3. Wait for 40 Crystals to play Parting Gift 4. Casually send 100 Peasants 5. Congratz you have won! This will clear every level in less then 5 minutes!
