Getting resource starved and indefinitely losing on the final boss is the worst defeat I have ever suffered in any game. Please make a way to catch back up when you sell your things in order to try a new build at the last boss.

Add some sort of graphical notification when you miss a note or hit an extra note or something. Something like distorting the music scale lines.

I realize that it can take a VERY long time to load, especially for people with slower internet connections. I'm going to be adding a progress bar for the zip file loading sometime today, and when I acquire Adobe Flash I won't have to use a zip folder at all. Sorry about that, everyone.
@level1kid, I added a counter that increases a lot whenever it can't move forward and decreases a little whenever it can move forward, and then I compare that counter to the distance from the target to the current position squared. The purpose is so that it stops jittering around much sooner when in close proximity than when far away from the target position.
Ability to zoom in and out, much larger-scale maps, ability to pull enemy troops even further distances, smarter ai, more control over how pixels group up but still fairly intuitive and fluid. 5/5 even without those things! XD!
