As someone who enjoyed the horribly frustrating hobbyist games of the 1980s, I'd have played this for hours when I was 8. This is far too long and far too annoying for a BOTD though.
People bitching about 'aim bots' are just not very good at the game. It's very, very easy to aim shots, the only difficult part is positioning the cue ball afterwards (and 'aim bots' can't do that, can they?)
Fun game, but there's nothing worse than "only available on iOS/Android" features dominating half the game and restricting users. If you can't make the whole version available I don't know why you bother uploading it.
My record times keep vanishing from the all-time lists. L5 for example, I have the week's best time of 54,200 (sufficient for #1 all time) but it's not on the all-time chart. Same happened on L12 last week, my time of 69,200 showed on the weekly chart but not all-time. Any ideas what might be causing this? All the times show up on the table when I first set them, then disappear within a few minutes.
@pwnyougood - Needs to be a triple combo on level 12 - so you'd need (for example) front flip, back flip and invert in the same trick. Perfect landings count towards combos and are probably the easiest way to get this.
I don't think it needs a turbo button. The game has great simplicity, and is very playable without being overcomplicated. Managing your turbo correctly is part of the game (e.g. if you want a good time, make sure you hit x level turbo by a certain bump/jump), and I don't think we don't need another button to be messing around with.
Heylon, have you unlocked Concorde or Thrust SSC? Would love to see a video of your methods on some levels, the times (13 seconds ahead of 2nd place) don't seem remotely possible in the regular cars.
I can understand the appeal of this game for very young children, but I've been playing this for 4 (game) days so far and I'm on the verge of sitting in a corner weeping pathetically. The Yo Dawg quest is nothing short of sadistic.
