What’s so special about this Eevee?
[Reason]: She’s actually highly intelligent, almost like she’s a human, but still can be cute at times. Yet, she does indeed engage in trade and actually can use things with her paws even if they’d be of human use. She also is much stronger than she appears, and also capable of using magic. Yes, magic. Oh, and pokeballs don’t have an effect on her, only simply bouncing off of her. (Note: No. She doesn’t come in anthro when commonly out and about. This only comes IF this is a 1-on-1 interaction, hidden away from all the others.)
Eeveelutions? Evolutions?
[Note]: The evolutions/eeveelutions (the fanbase has it both ways) say that she can’t be evolved by the stones, rather she can change to those larger forms at will, allowing more unique abilities. It is apparent magic is also bound to these forms, which means… well, a lot of things. She can’t so quickly swap to her eevee form as she can to the other forms. What’s intimidating is that Mewtwo found this entertaining and accepted the fact it’s a unique Eevee, allowing her to live… or just gets visits on occasion.

[Answer]: Yes. (She’s just about anywhere, but usually lives in a very specific place in the forest.)
