why doesnt each battle reward you with a small amount of imperials?

beat it pretty easily all you need is a lvl 5 machine gun, a laser and a power blaster on each elevator always buy all elevator slots and your pretty much good for the game i never lost any health to be able to upgrade your own gun woiuld be nice
