Well, as Immanuel Kant would say: long as we can debate about whether or not it's art, it's art.
I liked the ideas behind it but when I was asked "Are you excited, or frightened?" I said out loud "I'm annoyed". Not very nice to play.
Regardless, good job.
So cool in theory, it just doesn't work. Even the first real foe is too hard to beat, and its weird. An example: We both went into hypermode, I tapped A, won myself to his side, but I still lost the match. How does that make sense?
Loved the games, always does, but I do think it's disrespectful to name those aliens Gygax... you know who that is right? And you know he just died, right?
Really easy game. Kinda silly to even be playing just for the plot that resolves around overdone domestic violence... Near sexist. None of the woman stood up for themselves and all the men were vicious beasts...
Graphics were good though. 2/5
It's fun enough, but I just don't understand why you can't stop dices from rolling, so you can score higher "combos".
Like, when I roll two 1s and a 5. I might want to go for more than two 1s, say 3 or 4 1s, but that's impossible. I can't stop the two 1s I already have from rolling. I can only bank them in, but that will rule them out of any combos.
This makes the game very, very luck based. You either hit the combo the first roll or you just slim your chances. How is that strategy?
Good graphics, nice design but a major flaw in the rules. 3/5
Cant believe they forced me to play this, but I got the card.
The game had a decent presentation and layout, but it just lacked everything a good strategy game should have.
So sorry, but once and never again.
It would be good if it weren't for the damn mouse leaving the screen all the time. If there's a good way to fix this, do include this in the game description.
