It's like a cross between Minecraft, Worms and CS:S! 4* for the potential of this project, if you manage to get some more detailed physics in there I might be persuaded to bump it up. ;) x
Pretty good. Would be even better if you could shoot down the missiles though. Considering you're an orbital battlestation, I don't think that's implausible.
I quite like it. Even if it's very generic gameplay, I think the concept is sound and the artwork is nice. Could DEFINITELY use a "quality" button though. Screen gets pretty busy, and my little netbook only goes so fast. Oh and the music kicks ass. 4/5
It's got some promise, but you really need to fix some things; headshots should do a lot more damage (some kind of reward like a 1-hit kill would be nice) and you should make it so that opening the menu pauses the game, just for starters.
So I've just got the 100,000 combo in unlimited mode, I go back to the menu expecting to see my Thor and 10xTTT badges, but no joy. :( I don't want to have to do this a fourth time...
You need to add in the ability to define the soldier's path to the destination, or at least the direction he faces when he gets there. Otherwise the whole thing has no sense.
A few little bugs, and some questionable design but once those have been dealt with, this should be worthy of badges! For example, a lot of the time the buttons in the upgrade screens seem to be treated as "behind" the objects they've popped up over, meaning I click on "Promote" and end up selecting a lift. Minor qualms which don't take away from its spirit; just needs a little work. 4/5.
I quite like this game. Still, I couldn't help laughing at "we must be conspicuous about it so as not to alert them." I'm guessing English isn't your native language?
