I think that target spotter is ok, but it should show people around our level that "aren't" currently being attacked because that is what the case usually is. Should show someone we could attack in the first place without having to wage war on them and their alliance if they were even in one. Hope this problem gets fixed and I think this change would be a good and and will overall make it easier for people to attack one another.
