Delicious NON-LIE chocolate cake!
You need: An OVERSIZED coffee mug or microwave-safe bowl, measuring spoon, microwave.

Combine in the coffee mug:
4 Tablespoons of regular all-purpose flour
4 Tablespoons of white sugar
2 Tablespoons of cocoa powder
Stir these together ‘til they’re well-blended.
Now add:
1 large egg
3 Tablespoons milk
3 Tablespoons oil (you can also use melted butter)
a splash of Vanilla extract.

Stir all the ingredients together in the coffee mug until there are no lumps of dry powder. Be sure to scrape the bottom of the mug to get all the powder combined.

Put the coffee mug in the microwave, and nuke it for about 3 – 4 minutes. Less is better than more… it’s very chewy if you nuke it too long.

The cake will rise up out of the mug a little.

When it’s done, tip it out onto a plate and add some fresh fruit to pretend it’s healthy. Or icing. Or whatever. :)
