Wow! Good job! You took something that could have been a rather bland game and successfully implemented a character which improved the game greatly! Plus, your name is Eli (like mine) so you get extra props.
You have the skill to make a aesthetically pleasing game, although you could have made it more original and entertaining. The visuals are great, but the gameplay is lacking. Gameplay is by far much more important too. Great first game. (sorta)

Another note - I couldn't get it to work in Chrome for some reason, unsure why, but I got it to start up in Firefox.
On my third try I got past the glitch for awhile, but then I fell victim to it again. I'd be happy to play when it's fixed. It's at the the place with the Coffee Shop sign I think. Or near it.
