I'm just here to get the quest badge. The game's good, though.

For level 20: get as close as you can to finishing the level by normal gameplaying means, then open all the gates as quickly as you can; you only have to clear the traffic lights and not get the cars off-screen, so if you've built up a lot of traffic you can quickly increase your total, pushing it past the target.
