Look its annoying that this server is crap, but he shouldn't dedicate his whole life to improving this game in every way possible. He made a good online version of Risk, the best ive played. So be thankful for that.
To get that hard badge, unlock everything but the dumpster and the 2 other things after that. Definitely buy all the groupies as they count as lives against the monkey. When you take the jump, dont deploy the hang glider yet, just combo up and try to get to atleast a x3 multiplier, if you can, push it for x4, makes it alot easier. Then, deploy the hang glider (Up down up, and HOLD!), and just sail away til you get a trick score of around about 9-10k. You will only get this trick score if you HOLD the down button and your hang glider trick score keeps rising. DON'T FORGET THAT.
Now at about a 3k score (it very much varies), the monkey will appear. Just dodge the bombs and bananas, when you get to a 9 or 10k with a x4 or 5 multiplier, land. To do this go quite high and aim sharply down, the hang glider will break off, be careful and try to aim straight.
You can always land flat, always.
