Edit: castle gold income is hilariously underpowered considering the raids give 10% off losing. Spamming a battle you can't beat is a great way to get millions of gold.
The premise of the game is fun, but a few things cripple it completely.
Others have mentioned how misleading the blazon can be. Just leaves a bad taste in your mouth
Balance: The later upgrades in the castle are hilariously unbalanced. For example, the lvl 53 gold mine upgrade increases from 1M to 1.02M every 25 min at the cost of 1.54M. Doing some math, that would take **32** hours to earn back my spendings. That's not fun, thats a grind.
A core mechanic of the game is restarting for stars/chances for cards. This could be streamlined significantly by removing the second click to fight, and having a option to manage your roster in the heroes tab.
Also, why doesn't your gold earnings just stay connected to the top # raid you completed? That wouldn't change how quickly early levels are burned through, and save worries like restarting only after the gold mine drops.
Heroes: Some heroes have stats that are useless, like speed for archer.
Awesome game. I love how you can create a story of a poor man who joins the Buccaneers, destroys the Enforcers, gets fabulously rich, changes his ways, joins the obsolete Enforcers to get rid of the Buccaneers (?) then takes over the world, all in less then a year!
I wonder that this game is rated so highly with all the dissatisfied comments. It's got good graphics and fairly smooth game play. Moneygrubbing? Yes, but so are many other games. I'm probably giving it less than it deserves with a 3/5
The speed demons topping the scoreboards can legitimately claim the title "Fastest reflexes in the gaming world". The black holes, tunnel bugs and curves make for an interesting game. 5/5
Hello! Thanks for the feedback! The dumping of golden buildings is one of the main mechanics of the raid.
