Impossible, even on the "settler" difficulty. You just can't get the production points.

After half an hour flash went from consuming ~120MB to 400MB. If the dev ever reads comments, you may want to check this out and it will probably help you fix your game

Great game! I had to use google maps to get past level 9 and 10 though, it's a lot harder without borders.
