I just paid real world money yesterday to upgrade my weapons and mercenaries yesterday and now the game is closed what happened?/ I came here after you closed down facebook citizen grim where i was at level 35 and I had to start all over here on kongregate, please tell me you will be back or where to go to play again, and if there will be credit for those of us who paid real cash for this game to be more fun. Love the game but hate the drama, seems your always on the fritz and never give your faithful followers any information. PLEASE RESPOND!!

Sooo… I could finish the quest to kill 200 Wanderers. The problem was, the Questinfo stated something like “kill them in the Church Area”, but it did only count the Kills in the higher Stages, from Stage 10 onwards. I don’t know if that is intentional and the Questinfo is a bit misleading or it is some kind of a Bug. Hope I could be of help, Yours sincerely M, new Citizen of Grim

PS: I’m really impressed how fast you responded to my messages. Some really big companies (I don’t want to name them, but we all know some of them) could take you as an example of how communitysupport should be.

I said in the comments that the mossberg elite sucked and you asked why. When I first started out in the game the first weapon I bought was the normal mossberg and it was awesome. I mowed down zombies easily and it pretty much lasted me throughout the entire first area but of course I can barely kill anything with it in the 2nd area and also like I said in the comments I got stuck on the Preacher with 2x everything and I couldn’t kill those either.I thought the elite would be much better and help me throughout most of the levels but it didn’t. Instead what I got was a level 2 normal mossberg, less damage more shots,unnoticeable crit and fire rate, idk what power does so I wont comment on that, and more ammo. It was better at killing area 2 zombies by the means of it takes 1-2 less shots to kill them and even now I can barely kill anything with it in the beginning stages of area 2. So yea I’m pretty much stuck with this thing until I can get the winchester (I don’t like my main guy to use MG’s since it seems like I have to keep clicking on enemies or my guy will stop firing once he’s killed his target and with the accidentally moving around that’s a problem) sorry for the wall of text.

The sawed off slugger never showed in my inventory so I ended up attempting to purchase it again. It went through this time. I dont really know what details you’d like to have about it though. My chrome and flash player are 100% updated. I had decided to attempt to purchase the weapon, never got the weapon in my inventory (until my second time purchasing it after I reearned the gold I had lost)

First off, I apologize for the harsh first comment. I know I came across angry, I was very frustrated at the time. Its obvious you guys are putting some real work into this game, as evidenced by your taking the time to actually read through & respond to the comments left by players (even exasperated ones like myself) and attention to initial details. 2nd, thank you for the response I wasn’t expecting to get one. I am very big into responsiveness & characters doing what I’m trying to tell them to do. That was the real source of my frustration. Game design is not bad I shouldn’t have said that. It would be nice though if the character did move a little faster and react quicker. I found that while damage my character could deal initially in section 2 was low, what kept on killing me was him moving slower than all the zombies. This made shooting from a distance almost pointless save for those few moments at the start of a new wave when the zombies were far away. It certainly did create a challenge in that I had to go back a few times and try and save up money to purchase the armor and then gun upgrades. As to the weapon I was using, I tried both the shotgun and the pistol with poison/slow effect (the second one available for purchase) but it took me leveling up twice to really be able to use them effectively and get some one hit kills. I think I was finally able to beat it after I got a better melee weapon that I used because of the ammo situation. I’m also used to zombie survival games more like “the last stand Dead Zone” and “Decision 1 & 2” where even with slightly under-powered weapons you can take on a higher level mission and win if you use the right strategy.

I hope I didn’t discourage you guys I can only image that game development is no walk in the park. This is a great start and, up until I hit a wall in the second level, I was enjoying it. Thank you again for the VERY polite response and please forgive my rudeness. You all have a good game on your hands.
